Italian Charcuterie Roll
The Chef takes prosciutto and layers it with a basil burrata, spicy soprasetta, olive tapenade, calabrese, roasted peppers mixed with balsamic cipollini onions. This is then rolled up, chilled, then sliced and served on a slate board. Drizzled with a sundried tomato oregano vinaigrette and garnished with dried fruit and candied hazelnuts.
Ceasar Salad
Traditional Ceasar salad with romaine, parmesan and croutons tossed in Ceasar dressing.
Herb Roasted Pork Loin
A pork loin crusted with herbs and spices slow roasted until tender. Thinly sliced and topped with a mushroom demiglace. Served with Asiago stuffed Gnocchi tossed in a Basil Tomato Cream sauce.
Blueberry Panna Cotta
An Italian style vanilla pudding served in a small glass layered with a blueberry compote
