Late Reservation Policy:

To ensure a smooth dining experience for all our guests, we have implemented the following late reservation policy:

  • Arrival Time: Guests with reservations are expected to arrive on time. We kindly request that you inform us if you anticipate being late.
  • 15-Minute Grace Period: We allow a grace period of 15 minutes for late arrivals. If you arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation time, your table will still be available.
  • Forfeiture of Table: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your table may be forfeited to accommodate other guests. In this case, we will do our best to seat you as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee immediate availability.
  • Notification: If you know you will be late, please call us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to hold your table or arrange an alternative solution.

SERVICE UPDATE DURING LIVE MUSIC: To streamline our operations and enhance your live music experience, during the hours of live music, tasting flights for all guests including wine club guests will be temporarily paused, as the busy environment makes it challenging to pour flights effectively.
