BRUNCH SPECIALS
Tomato Caprese
Sliced fresh tomatoes layered with fresh whole milk mozzarella, lightly sprinkled with salt and pepper, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil, a balsamic glaze and sprinkled with a chiffonade of fresh basil.
Asian Shrimp Salad
Seared marinated shrimp served on a bed of mixed greens and shredded cabbage, topped with shredded carrot, chopped green onions, cucumbers, and grilled pineapple. Garnished with fried wonton strips and toasted sesame seeds. Served with a Lemon ginger vinaigrette.
Spicy Italian Hero
A crusty French roll layered with mozzarella, shredded lettuce, pepperoncini-onion slaw, sliced tomato, grilled genoa salami and grilled calabrese. Topped with a tangy roasted pepper relish and served with your choice of fresh hand cut fries or our house salad.
Bistro Pasta with Chicken
A balsamic and herb marinated grilled chicken breast, sliced and laid over a bed of pappardelle pasta tossed with sauteed tomatoes, and fresh basil in a chardonnay garlic cream sauce. Sprinkled with parmesan cheese and scallions.
California Benedict
A light flaky croissant topped with avocado, sliced tomato, grilled shaved smoked turkey and Swiss cheese. Topped with poached eggs, our housemade hollandaise and scallions. Served with oven roasted tri color breakfast potatoes.
Breakfast Tostada
Two crispy corn tortilla layered with an avocado mash, jack-cheddar cheese mix, and a scrambled mix of eggs, chorizo and black beans. Topped with fresh Pico de Gallo and a drizzle of lime crema. Served with a Mexico street corn riblet.
Biscuits & Gravy
Two warm fluffy biscuits topped with the Chef’s own sausage country gravy. Served with two eggs cooked any way you like.
Cinnamon Swirl French toast
2 slices of cinnamon swirl bread dipped in French toast batter and grilled to perfection. Topped with a strawberry compote and powdered sugar. Served with two strips of hickory smoked bacon.
