BISTRO SPECIALSÂ
 Tomato Basil Bisque
This hearty and chunky tomato bisque is laced with ribbons of fragrant fresh basil, for a robust, creamy soup experience. The Bisque has just the right balance of thickness and richness to warm you up on a chilly day, while the accompanying grilled cheese sandwich helps soak up every last drop. Simply pair with a glass of wine and good company for the ultimate lazy afternoon treat.
Chicken Ranch Potato Chips
Fresh Fried thin cut potato chips tossed in a ranch seasoning mix and smothered with shredded seasoned chicken and smoked cheddar cheese. Topped with chopped green onions and a drizzle of sour cream
Tender shrimp coated with the Chefs own Southwestern seasoning, then sauteed with onions, bell peppers, and black beans in a hearty tomato stock served on a bed of green chile cheese grits. Garnished with a sprinkling of Cilantro and roasted sweet corn.
BRUNCH SPECIALS
Cajun Seafood Benedict
A mix of shrimp, crab and crawfish tails sauteed with the Chefs own Cajun spice, green onions and bell peppers layered on a croissant and topped with two poached eggs and our housemade hollandaise sauce. Then topped with diced tomatoes and scallions. Served with oven roasted breakfast potatoes.
Blackberry Brie stuffed French Toast
Two pieces of thick sliced brioche bread layered with a blackberry Brie cheese spread dipped in French toast batter and grilled to perfection. Topped with a smoky maple butter and a dusting of powdered sugar. Served with 2 strips of hickory smoked bacon.
