Join us for a magical evening of candlelight, lovely music by Ken Brewer, delicious plated dinner & dessert, and a glass of wine!

Begin your evening with an elegant selection of chef-curated plated appetizers.
For your main course, enjoy a beautifully plated dinner with your choice of Flank Steak Marsala OR Limone Caprino Chicken, accompanied by roasted garlic mashed potatoes, oven-roasted cauliflower, fresh house salad and warm brioche dinner rolls.
To conclude the evening, our chef will prepare a decadent grilled strawberry shortcake, finished with a light, citrus whipped cream, made fresh in house!
A welcome splash of sparkling wine and one glass of wine will be provided complimentary with your ticket purchase. Additional wine by the glass or by the bottle can be purchased at our wine bar.
Entrée Descriptions:
Flank Steak Marsala – Marinated flank steak, expertly grilled and thinly sliced, finished with a rich, savory mushroom Marsala sauce.
Limone Caprino Chicken – Juicy grilled chicken breast crowned with a creamy goat cheese medallion, sundried tomatoes, and a bright basil-lemon butter sauce.
About our musician: Ken Brewer has played with many artists in the Northwest Blues scene and for a time fronted his own band. His focus more recently has been solo performance. He covers a wide variety of artists and genres. Ken’s favorite styles to play and sing are Folk-Pop (James Taylor, Van Morrison, Cat Stevens…), 60’s-70’s Pop-Rock (Beatles, Rolling Stones, J.J. Cale …), Blues (Jimmy Reed, B.B. King, Stevie Ray Vaughn…), Motown (Marvin Gaye, The Temptations, Bill Withers…) and Classic Country (Willie Nelson, Hank Williams, Johnny Cash…), as well as a few Jazz Standards (Nat King Cole, Johnny Mathis, Louis Armstrong…). He is also doing private instruction on guitar, piano, bass and ukulele.
Attire Recommendation: Black & white attire encouraged for a timeless Valentine’s evening.
