His focus more recently has been solo performance. He covers a wide variety of artists and genres. Ken’s favorite styles to play and sing are Folk-Pop (James Taylor\, Van Morrison\, Cat Stevens…)\, 60’s-70’s Pop-Rock (Beatles\, Rolling Stones\, J.J. Cale …)\, Blues (Jimmy Reed\, B.B. A few years later\, I got my first piano and I haven’t stopped since. Whether I’m sharing my own songs or covering some old Motown classics\, you can hear and feel the influences that started to shape when a son began to listen to all of his Dad’s old records.
